Say what you will about Obama's apology, and I am no fan of President Karzai who is certainly an opportunist and crook, but Obama's apology saved many American lives. For that, I am grateful. Does anyone honestly think that was a fun apology for him to make?
How so, Stephen? You can't begin to prove that, so don't even try. The best thing Obama could have done is make a personal call... UNPUBLICIZED... to Karzai. And even that would have been over and above the required actions on the part of the president of the United States. I'm sick to death of Obama's habit of apologizing to anyone and everyone about/for America. Enough.
