I'd better mention

    OK. So I was thinkin' "I've been to the Tate, several times, in fact, but I DON'T recall that!"

    Well, there's a reason. The Tate Modern didn't open until 2000 (Google is my friend!) and there are many Tates, the latter of which came as a revelation to me. I thought there was only ONE.

    See? Ya learn sumthin' EVERY day!
